SNAP benefits (formerly food stamps)
The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) can help you expand your healthy food budget and explore opportunities to support your wellbeing, education, and employment goals.
SNAP benefits include:
Monthly funds on an EBT card to buy food
Buy one vegetable or fruit, get one free, using Granite State Market Match at participating grocery stores, farmers markets, and farm stands
Reduced fees at family venues and activities throughout New England
Swipe your SNAP card to get 50% off fruits and vegetables at participating stores enrolled in the Double Up Food Bucks program
Reduced cost for CSA (community-supported agriculture) shares through SNAP Farm Share program

GRANITE STATE MARKET MATCH
The Granite State Market Match program allows SNAP customers to double the value of their benefits at participating farmers markets. Not only does this program provide access and affordable healthy, local foods for SNAP participants, it also provides economic benefits to the participating vendors/farmers and host communities. Double up food bucks
Double Up Food Bucks offers 50% off fruits and vegetables (with your SNAP/EBT card) at the Monadnock Food Coop and Sullivan Country Store. Find out more.
Monadnock farm share program
CSA vegetable shares, affordably priced for all interested community members. The prices are discounted through an innovative cost-share model. Participating families and individuals receive a vegetable share for half the price. Eight Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) produce farms in the Monadnock Region have come together, in partnership with the Cheshire County Conservation District. Find out more.
SNAP FARM SHARE
This new program for SNAP/EBT users makes community supported agriculture (CSA) farm shares more accessible to community members utilizing SNAP/EBT dollars.
CSA programs are an opportunity for community members to enjoy farm fresh produce, while supporting local agriculture!

Healthy food for all
Get 10% off at the Monadnock Food Co-op CO-OP every day if you qualify for SNAP/EBT, WIC, Unemployment, or SSI Benefits.
You do not have to be a member-owner to take part in this program. To apply, pick up an application at our service desk or from your cashier.
