Work groups
Collaborations among MFCC members happens in our monthly work groups. You can join our work groups by becoming an MFCC member. I want to advocate for policy supportive of agriculture, help meet the infrastructure needs of local producers, and get local on the plates of all Monadnock residents.
Policy Work group
Advocates for local, state, and federal policy supportive of a sustainable local food system. Plans and coordinates the annual New Hampshire agricultural policy forum in partnership with the League of Conservation Voters and the NH Food Alliance.
Food Access work group (Alliance)
Works to develop a healthy, fair, and affordable local food system in the Monadnock Region that is easily accessed by all residents.
Monadnock Farm to School Network work group
Monadnock Farm to School Network is a community resource for all schools and educators who are pursuing farm to school activities in the Monadnock Region.
Infrastructure work group
Improve access to food by improving farmers' links; increase storage unites and processing facilities
