Monadnock Grown label and branding

Launched by a New Hampshire Champions of Agriculture grant awarded in 2022, MFCC developed a new MONADNOCK GROWN label and branding campaign that will help consumers identify Monadnock-grown products from other “local” products offered at the point of sale in grocery outlets, help increase sales at local grocery outlets, and familiarize the public with farm business names and associated products.

In 2025, MFCC is in the process of developing a suite of marketing materials for use by restaurants, farmers, farm stands, and grocery outlets to feature MONADNOCK GROWN on menus, on shelves, and at farm businesses and farm stands.

MONADNOCK GROWN products are those grown within the 34 towns of the Monadnock Region. Products include: vegetables, meat - pork, turkey, beef, lamb, chicken, bison, goat - dairy and dairy products (yogurt, butter, milk, cheese), fruit, eggs, syrup, honey, cheese, wool and fiber.

To be more specific, MONADNOCK GROWN products must be made from items grown in our region. For example, Echo Farm Puddings is made from their on-farm milk.
